MISCONCEPTIONS

 Misconception is the name of the game;

It is a game full of shame;

Even if a person turns over a new leaf with a new aim;

People’s view about him remain the same

They are stuck in a certain time frame

They think you’re a person still the same

That guy snazzy with all his words being lame

If a person’s past has been disdain

And he wants to start it all over again

Believe me, he’s taking up pain

As that stigma still remains

As one attempts for a change of mind

By other’s he is instantly declined

Some insipid reason, they always find

And make the person go through tormenting grind

The other people around him are full of disbelief

They think the change is for a period so brief

The new leaf of the person, they are not willing to perceive

Since they have the misconception to misconceive
