MY FRIEND YOU Everyone blamed me they believed I was wrong I had no one to turn to & I prayed I was a little strong. I needed someone then to wipe away my tears to hold me so tightly to help me forget my fears. but there was no one on whom I could depend with whom I could share & call my true friend. I had almost lost hope I was broken from inside I had no place to go so I sat alone & cried. it was then when she came like an angel, so caring like a sister so supportive she took away all that I was bearing. oh! how happy I felt then co'z she was so much like me she was helpful & understanding with her I always felt free. I'm so grateful to god for giving me this priceless rose that rose which never fades & whose fragrance never goes. yes, it's you my friend who has stood by me always who has given me boundless love & protected me from harsh rays. our friendship will never fade no matter whatever we do no matter wherever we go my friend I'll always be there for you. ~Nidhi~ The Author has copyright © of the poems |
