WHAT.....?

 

When I look over your shoulder…..what is it that I expect to find?

What is it that will rest my thirsting mind?

What is it that I search……..

Is it a boon……or is it a curse?

What is it that my eyes long to see……even though you are beside me

Will my search ever end…….or will I someday just pretend…..

Because my feet will be sore…….and my eyes too tired to search anymore.

What is it that I expect to see?

Is everybody looking for something…or is it just me?
