On a sunny day, when the sun smiles on us,

we feel bright and happy

the sun when behind dark clouds,

makes our whole day gloomy

when the sun peeps out through the rain

and, smiles a colourful rainbow,

we fill our eyes and our hearts

and from gloom, we just outgrow 

when dusk arrives and the sun sets down,

we cherish the scenic beauty

as the sun takes rest on the nature's bed

we feel tired and sleepy.

 

O great sun you bring us fun

without you we aren't even born

happy or sad our life just runs

when you blow your shiny horns
