LESSONS FROM AN EARLY MORN The first rays of the morning sun illumines the room, Spreading the radiance of God above. The wayside buds blooming to flowers And the blooms in my garden smiling sweet Seems to say of the impartial love of the father above. The trees and shrubs drenched in dew Tells us of the unbiased mercy showered Not only upon the high trees so stately, But also on the little shrubs, beneath. The early bird getting its worm And little worms feeding on leaves afresh Disclose the grace of God Upon all earthly things alike. The sun rising upon its blue empire Shows us the dawn of a new beginning. The workers marching so early on the streets Reminds us that life is but a chase With god as its arbitrator. As day follows night and night follows day So does the ennui go on, Telling us of the gifts aplenty we receive from God. Oh! How many lessons are there to learn from The early dawn! ~S.R.VIDHYA~ © All Rights Reserved
