House without rental

Mother, you formed me   in your warm house
Bringing into play a wonderous mystery
Of divine alchemy or mystic chemistry
Beyond the frontiers of human knowledge

From a speck of a cell to what I am now
Endowing me with  eyes lips hands and brain
To guide me in this   worldly life
All a free gift and no recompense asked

But to this sordid world outside
Thrown am I to the mercy of mundane leeches
Capricious, exacting ,covenants, clauses and deeds
Democles Sword ever hanging over my head

Burdensome life I yearn to shed
So I wish  mother you  embrace me as before
Under your free roof, warm and benign
So I may be under your sweet bliss once again
