CHRISTMAS CHEER

Rejoice, one and all for Christmas is here!
Let us join the Christmas cheer.
Wreaths and holly, bells of gold,
Let a take of Yuletide cheer unfold.

Twinkling lights, how bright they are,
Atop the Christmas tree rest a shining star.
Melodies and carols sung.
The red, fur-trimmed stocking hung.

As we sing the hymns of joy and praise,
And the candles brighten every face.
Now we bow the Lord for blessings fair,

The air joy and warmth is awake,
On this day, we merry make
Till our hearts' content, our bellies full,
Let us sing the cheer, the cheer of Yule,

And when the stars are winking high,
In blissful, blessed dreams we lie.
The Christmas spirit touches deep,
As every soul falls sound asleep.
