CLOUDS

I look up at the bright sky
See those flecks, dots; skim n fly
Of course it's you clouds I'm talking about
Oh stop; wait for me ; I want to shout
You change your shape so fast and so often
I pinpoint one but its gone before I can fathom
One moment like a human being you look
The next, the shape of an animal you took
Oh how do you do it 'n' why
I ask myself but get no reply
My head feels so muddled and so confused
Trying to follow your ways; is just of no use
You float away on invisible wings
How I wish; I too a cloud could be
Oh fluffy fluffy clouds I say
Carry me with you to lands far away
I too want to see with you the world
With mine own eye see what all you behold
From far of lands you come to visit
So talk to me awhile and by my side sit
You bring a cool breeze on a hot summers day
Bless you and thank you; is all I can say
With you around there are rains soon
Ruin for some and for some a boon
The way you scurry across the skies
A soldier going about his duty on a high
The lesson you impart is for all too see
You give coolness, breeze,  rains all for free
