I HAVE NO TIME TO STAND AND STARE
The world’s beauty is past compare,
Trees so precious, flowers so rare,
And yet ! There is no time to stare?
Is that we no longer care about this wonderful heritage?
How does it matters if the world is bare
Of all the flora and fauna
I do declare-
I am so busy , running from here and there
I have no time to stand and stare!
Pray, why do you take umbrage?
Just because I really do not care
How doth your life giving environment fare
Worry all you like I still do not share
Your concern, we are not a pair –
Just different actors on the world’s stage.
