SATAN SMILES

Broken fences, shattered homes
Rotting corpses, debris combed
Hopes destroyed, dreams undone
Trust broken,  love entombed

Chaos reigns, revenge sought
Sanity lost, war declared
Peace strangled, hellfires rage
Headlines scream, helpless despair

Bonds forgotten, people change
Souls torched, human flames
Evil gloats, progress mocks
Guilt silenced , deadly games

Chances lost, no reprieve
Darkness returns, man is beast
Bloody hands, hearts gone cold
Satan smiles, his children feast
