UTOPIA

I know there is this world, where there is no sorrow

No religion, no wars, just eternal peace

I know there is this world, where only love abounds

And hate isn’t even a word in the dictionary

I know there is this world, where I’ll be loved forever

And I don’t need a reason for being just me

I know there is this world, where truth rules as king

And we’re all its loyal subjects, voluntarily

I know there is this world, where everyone’s the same

Where money doesn’t draw the dividing line

I know there is this world, where everything is ours

Nothing is just yours and nothing, just mine

I know there is this world, where the sun never sets

But the moon still rises and the stars still shine

I know there is this world, in all our hearts and souls

And that we’d find it, if we just switched off our minds.
