Ye fellow poets ..am distressed
Help me find the words .
What do you call one of those
conversations where both
people are waiting for the other one to shut up
so they can get on with their bit?
The tapping movements of an index finger on glass
made by a person futilely attempting to communicate
with either a tropical fish or a post office clerk???
To jar one's leg as the result of the disappearance of a stair
which isn't there in darkness?
A person to whom under dire injunction of silence
you will tell a secret
which you wish to be far more widely known?????????
To shout at foreigners in the belief
that the louder you speak the better they'll understand?
The sneeze that tickles but never comes out?
Someone who continually annoys you by
continually apologizing for annoying you?
A droplet that persists in running out of your nose?
ANDDDD
The gummy substance between the damp toes????
