You Remembered

On a chilly winter morning
the sky was cold
the sun was shivering
just refusing to come out
from under covers of the cloud

The seas were still
the waves were frozen
the beaches were deserted
evenn my solitude
which often reached the spot
we sat down together
on a lovely afternoon
found it lonely

nothing seemed to move
except your heart
warmed by your love for me
moved
touched me and asked me to come to the beach

and
warm up the seas
so that
the waves could soar high and high
and snuggle up to the clouds
and warm the sun
on a chilly winter morning

something in my heart tells me
that you rembered me today
