CHANGED A LOT I have changed a lot from the days I was a tiny tot those days in life there was no care I never bothered about my hair.
As I grew up to be a young girl I saw others, busy with their curls Used to look at them in fascination from my position of isolation.
Wondered why they bothered - why they weren't my companions On a journey in search of intellectualism, knowledge and wisdom.
As I became a young lady my mind was full of idealism But soon it melted away in the face of realism.
The process didn't take long to complete for it was TIME, so impossible to beat.
Responsibilities changed me ever so soon Was I mistaken that life was a boon?
Now I realise I could never change anything Ultimately I changed myself for everything.
Yes, I have changed a lot from the days when I was a tiny tot.
