It Never Rains But It Pours Woe is me…I have become undone! When it comes to luck.. I seem to have none. Just when I think all is hunky-dory Things soon happen to alter the story. Driving along ..on this nice sunny day, What could go wrong? To myself I say; No sooner had the words from my lips escaped Then the car seemed to balk, then literally gasped. No pleading or coaxing would revive my auto, So out with the cell phone...as I knew I ought to Gather some help from a familiar source… Who? The man with the wrecker, of course! Now, we all know the end to this very sad tale, I’ll probably end up with a cheap car for sale; But there is also another side to this penny, There always is and it’s happened so many Times when in the future I couldn’t see, But God has always taken care of me; So I lift my head high and go from there, Knowing full well that life is never fair. We can either go on or let it subdue us, Viewing the glass half empty or full, yes? In our lives there will always be strife But through it all we learn a lesson of life. ~Twilah~
