Being: The Musing Patterns Of The Other Eye
Part 2: A Canvasful Of Shade
Water’s
mirage in a velvet bay
Bright
in the far light
The
summons of a veil
The
eyes that flower on a face
The
winds that whisper their tales
Of
love on this earth ridden bed
Garlanded
by the tall nymphs of the wood
A
red melting sun
Like
a childhood dream
Lost
in some tangled trumpet of time
The
early morning’s greetings
Scattered
by the cloud’s choir
With
lights thronging
To
the night descended skies
In
the ringing of a brass bell
To
gather in blue circles
Around
the golden halo
Of
the new born messiah in the sky
While
the moon with sleepy smile
Slung
over her lightened shoulders
Bids
farewell to the prince installed
In
the kingdom of her youth.
