FOOD FOR THOUGHT

A cup of rollicking laughter,
A cup of sunny smiles,
A teaspoon of twinkling giggles,
Half a spoon of spice,

A tablespoon of joy,
A bit of kindness too,
Sprinkle in some magic,
In a cauldron brew,

Add a cup of happiness,
And a grain of salt,
A little bit of loving too,
Some cinnamon and some malt,

A cup of warm friendships,
Some moments from the heart,
A little bit of ginger,
Now to simmer it starts.

As the bubbles float
To the surface and pop,
Add a bit of caring,
Slowly drop by drop,

To this add some tenderness,
Some bits of gentle touch,
Red-hot paprika to taste,
Little, not too much,

Mix with it some mercy,
A dash of hope and trust,
Forgiveness and a dollop of faith,
Is an absolute must!

Stir this mixture slowly,
You can take your time,
When it comes to a boil,
Garnish with a lime.

This is a simple recipe,
To make your taste buds zing,
Eat hot each and everyday,
To life contentment bring.
