Written Words   

Written words that reveal the content of the heart,
Sent along with all the emotion it's evolved around;
Will she understand what is really in your heart?
Will he realize the closeness they have both found?

Sometimes the meaning is lost in vastness of space,
What is intended to be conveyed is totally lost;
Only hearts that are beating in the same rhythm
Will know ..no.. feel.. the truth that's coming across.

If the magic is there, there is no need for words,
Sometimes just a gift with special meaning within;
No words are needed, but the message is clear..
He is special to you, you are special to him.

One day there may no longer be a need for letters,
Face to face they will perhaps chance to meet;
But if not, they will learn to accept the inevitable..
Until then, the letters suffice, yes.. they do indeed!
