Here and there... everywhere...
The same story... the same topic in the air!
Welcoming the new millennium,
various parties everywhere!
People selling their products as millennium brand!
Small kids building millennium castles in the sand!

Oh What is going on?
Why is everyone behaving like this?
what is wrong?
New millennium...Big Deal!
What has it done to us...
Why are we on the wheel?
Running behind the millennium products...
Which are nothing, but simple products!
Products which have no quality
Need to take cover of such 'millennium craze',
To hide their poor quality!

What has this millennium changed for us?
What new has it given us!

Everywhere the same old story!
Half naked women...making their naked children sleep,
By telling them a story!
The same hunger, the same pain!
No valves for tears, continuously they drain!
Same accidents and same murders!
Same old weight of problems on everyone's shoulders!

Nothing has changed
And nothing will change!
Until we hoped that it changed!
It's in our hands to do something and bring about a change!

Stop !
Stop running behind such stupid stuff,
Which will never smooth your life, but will make it rough!
One day celebration,
Other day tension!
What's the use of such celebrations?
When all that we get is lots n' lots of tension!
Why waste money unnecessarily
And punish ourselves heavily!

Instead do something worthwhile
Do something to leave an impression
So that others follow your style.
Feed a hungry child,
Let your emotions go wild!
Add a smile to a face
and spread smiles whatever the case!

This will be the right way to celebrate a new millennium!
It's never late friend,
You still have one year to change yourself
Because, next year is the actual new millennium!
