MIRAGE

                  

                                      From dawn to dusk would I be with you said he. 

                                      Through the inanimate cables of the net 

                                      Feeling the vibes thru bits and bytes

                                      Swimming in oceans of fantasy

                                                                 

Net…how apt a trap!

In flesh and blood the hours were bare

He could spend  minutes only in vacant stare.

I was till caught in the net unable to see



The dichotomy of it all!!!!where was he??

            He who longed for me..and he whom

            I snuggled upto with  glee..                                  

Alas I was still fast asleep..to awaken from the dream.              

                                                                                                                                        

It was great for his adrenalin to send
hugs and kisses when one cudnt  touch
                                  but when I reached out..he withered
                                  like scorched and preferred to stay away as much!!
               

Pursuing like a puppy..unable to understand it all..
Where did I go wrong now the master is cross???
Not knowing love not is…but was??
                                                Disappearing into oblivion,he was gone!
                                               
                                                A nightmare for ever to be borne
MIRAGE..said he..wake up thee.
