I walked the shore alone.
I have been long away.
The sun it shone the way
and hot the sea, the zone.

The morning birds sang gay
and bees in hives , they droned .

The waves, the beach's
bouquet
they wet my clothes, my phone .

I braved the spumes , the spray
and walked the sea, its throne .

Like the sea-gulls astray
there, the shore unknown lay .
