When new gives way to old
And you unfold mysteries untold
You start with a new thinking process
The thinking goes on n on without any recess
The doors of perception fly
wide open
Your clarity of thoughts is shaken
You start accepting weird notions
Your life moves in an awkward motion
Your realities of life seem to be betrayed
You keep wishing the old times should’ve stayed
It ’s time
when you don’t know where you belong
To fit in a place time seems to prolong
You feel alienated from everywhere
Hoping to get settled somewhere
It’s a fight between your beliefs and your realities
Its causing thunderstorm and calamities
Some situations choose you to act mature
While others tell you you’re a child so act immature
The transition years between childhood n adulthood
Its teenage adolescence the age of middlehood
The confusion takes over your sanity
You are covered with rage and insanity
This happens when new gives way to old
Mysterious start to unravel that are untold
