I met a playful spook on Hallowe'en--- A point-eared fellow whom I could have sworn I knew: for his accent had the sweet tone And charm of an East Coast American, A sound that is familiar, and one I love, because the East Coast is well-known To me. When questioned he did thus explain, '' I'm on vacation--- across the Ocean I haunt the attic of a house in Maine''. ~
