WALK IN THE CLOUDS

Taking my hand gently
the moon lead me
into the clouds
soft as freshly fallen snow
with utter gentleness that
no one can know
the moon let me glide along with the planets and
stars
introduced me to one and all
Jupiter, venues, mars and
Saturn,
looking from so close I was in awe
as they looked so naive and
raw,
despite their different shapes and sizes
they all shone clear and
bright,
emitting multi colored lights.
Heard them all say we too live
and die
nor are we the same as seen from far and below,
some stars
danced
to the music of the universe
regardless if they are at their
best
or worst.


After witnessing the spectacular cosmic show
the
moon let me go to my home below.
Oh how I wish I could get few stars
for
to light up those hearts that are lonely and hollow.
