Oh! Look at the sky, what designs are displayed? Rockets swinging into the yonder blue, Flowerpots & sparklers sparkling in the street.
Oh! Look at the street, how lovely it is? Lamps lighted all the way. As though to welcome lady luck with gusto.
Oh! Look at the houses, what splendor there is? Decorated lanterns gloriously alight, Festoons and garlands being ornaments of grace.
Oh, what joy? What jubilation & celebration.... Diwali is here...The festival of lights is here! Oh, The raving ecstasy it brings with it...
