But you’re a fool and you’ll find out That time and love don’t wait They take their course and find their way Across the tallest gates.
You build a wall around your heart And think that you are safe If you’re destined to fall in love It will happen anyway.
My pride intact, I’m leaving now Hurt by your cowardice You run from yourself all the time Oh! What a shame that is!
