The thought...of you...

 The sunset fades yet again,

no more it's radiant hue do I see.

Those heart-warming rays now leave,

as the darkness envelops me.

I sit silent and watch the waves,

of the whispering sea.

A thought comes to my mind,

and I wonder if our love can be.

My heart harbours such feelings,

as I can scarcely explain.

I don't have courage to say them,

though the words be simple and plain.

I just wish I could stop my heart,

from ruling over my mind.

If you are in my destiny,

I know I shall someday find.
