Everyone needs a friend You are nuthin’ if you don’t have one I’ll be your forever friend Shining down upon you like the sun. If you feel sad & lonely I’ll make you feel worse, When you think life’s a blessing. I’ll make you believe it’s a curse. I’ll see to it that you trust me, confide in me and speak your mind I’ll make you so dependent, without me you’ll be almost blind. When things are going your way, I’ll talk you into turning them around. When you make life’s decisions I’ll convince you they are not sound. When you meet someone who is just right, I’ll talk you out of it by giving you a fright I’ll make you trust me; I’ll show I am there, But when you need me, I’ll disappear without a care.
