Feminine

I am privileged to stand before you in this great hall
In front of me sits the most beautiful, attractive, and good looking women;
all.
My male ego pales to gaze on such a beautiful scene and visual treat
Your human softness and your children shall never retreat.
Whenever I see the aura of the feminine mind and physique on display
I am aware of your power to make the attributes of man as though made of
clay.
Men have always spoken in guttural grunts and woeful moans
While a woman's voice has always had the melodious tones.
Power, might and strength are the attributes of earthly man
While yours of softness and invitation always the vocabulary of woman.
Only women have been blest to bring forth human life and know what it is all
about
To know the value and worth when a denied child though refused; is allowed
to pout.
To be set apart or separate may make you unique but also a blessing rare
For unto to you is given humanities trinity to share, care, and to be fair.
The American Indians had two words for their beauty to describe
"Spiritual eyes and long hair"; brought forth in every bride.
I am honored to have my presence here to speak from my mind and heart
To express my eternal love for women who sacrifice to give all human life
its start.
All of us had a Mother whose role to carry, deliver, and love each one of us
Teacher of relationships and caretaker of each soul and mind; as part of the
human trust.
