AUTUMN

autumn trees

I know you have arrived when...
birds twittering
rainfall soft
the trees luster
the jungles lost

bees make honey
birds make nests
the days still warm
the nights short .

Night comes gingerly
treading the wind
riding the stars
only to discover the sky
the pale moon missing .

In the flower garden
falling petals strewn
upon the pavement hard .
Sweep fallen leaves
into a big heap
make a bon fire
then bury the dead flowers
under the oak tree
more flowers will bloom
to adorn the autumn grey .

Dance with fluttering butterflies
sing with nightinglaes
songs of autumn
songs of falling leaves
of lingering look from
the mother nature !
Bye bye black birds !
