TOUCH!!!!

I need the touch of my mother
her fingers on my brow when I'm sick

I need the touch of my lover
her arms around my neck when I feel down

I need the touch of my baby
the little wonder who'll be my future , and speak of his dad

I need the hug of my friend
the reassurance, which only he or she can give

I need the touch of a human
a firm shake of the hand to say society still existed

I need the touch of an elder
their blessings I still do need

I need the touch of my sister
as she playfully pulls at my hair

I need the touch of a brother
as he lifts me up , should I ever fall

I need the touch of a stranger
while his hands are on my shoulder as he guides me

I need the touch of a colleague
as he slaps me on my back as he jokingly laughs !

I guess we'd all would love to be in touch ,
keep in touch , coz' it's touching to be touched !
