Smile....

That smile from within, that you repeatedly ask of me
Even as you willingly break my hearts into bits and flee
Even as you deny that you ever loved or cared
Implying it was just a foolish dream I dared.
when you were there, for me ,I did smile and beam
Life's greatest shockers so trifle did seem
Will I ever these emotional storms brave
And smile that smile from within, you so crave?

Reavealing a stoical, unbelievable ruthless side of you
You snap the bonds, that seemed too good to be true.
Do you punish me for romanticising "us' out of propotion?
I would start loving you so much, you had no notion.
You chide me to let go and move on, as I beg we meet
Declaring my love, I lay my hapless heart at your feet.
Let the heart wounds bleed ,let the soul tears flow free
I'd be doubly blessed, if You could smile that smile for ME.
