The never ending wait,
 For someone who I like,
 Is There a dawn,
 To this dark lonely night?

  The dream of the silken grace,
 that coy smile on her lips,
 The amused expression,
 That smouldering passion.

  I always want to reach the sky,
 Just beyond my reach,
 Alluring me incessantly,
 caressing my feelings.

  Nothing to offer her,
 I am but a shadow,
 And shadows never speak,
 
 Suffering forever,
The overwhelming guilt,
 surrounds the love,

  Is it love really?
 Or just infatuation...
 A thousand thoughts,
 Playing in her mind.
 
 The fire in her eyes,
 Can reality be defied?
 The love in her heart,
 Can it melt the truth?

  I hallucinate again,
 In the garden of dreams,
 The green wet grass,
 two of us together.

  looking at each other,
 My trembling hand,
 Trying to touch her face,
 love that cares....

  But the reality,
 Harsh and cruel,
 snatches her away,
 To some unknown land.

  Shadows only live,
 Till the light is there,
 Darkness that separates,
 is everywhere now.

  Distances defeat us,
 Please unsee me weep,
 We will never meet,
 The dusk and the dawn.

  But ensuing each other,
 relentlessly,
 for lives to come,
 Never to meet,
 But
 Never to abandon hope...............
