ONENESS WITH COLOURS

Festival of colours so vibrant and so joyous,
Fill each heart with cheer and love so pious,
Colour knows no race no religion no prejudice,
It is red, green ,violet, blue or yellowish,

Look there comes a group steeped in colourful gear,
Singing, dancing, spreading laughter and good cheer,
Can you distinguish their happiness and laughter so clear,
Into fragments of religions, sects, races ,no not you fear,

Spirits rising higher with the vibrantly  flying colours,
Humanity bound together by colourful oneness of the saviour,
Men, women, children, toddlers ageless passions rising higher,
Showering goodwill, love, care, peace and  being more friendlier,

Let humanity be forever bound within the sanctum of this
festivity,
Let laughter, happiness, brotherhood, love reign supreme till
eternity,
Let nothing mar the beauty that beholds the eye of this
fraternity,
Let the colours of joy gladden the Lord for such a loving
creativity .
