JOURNEY

As we begin our journey
I want to tell you what you mean to me
I must have never met you before
But I have always known you!
Whenever I've closed my eyes, I've seen you
Today as we are all set
To step into a new world
I want to tell you I care for you
I won't say but I hope you understand -
I love you!

This is the time
When I would be going through a feeling so strange and new
And through this feeling, I need you
Need you to hold my hand
As I leave my childhood memories
Need you to console me
Amidst all pain and miseries

As we begin our journey
I want us to promise each other
To always show concern
And promise that come whatever may
We would always be together!

This is just the beginning
And we would be going through a lot together
Ups and downs may be a part of our journey
Which I am sure we would face together!

As we begin our journey
I want to let you know
I've always wanted to share this journey with you
Not only for this birth, but even more!
