A VOID WITHIN

A void within
Sadness everywhere else
A pen and a sheet of paper
the only saviors in my despair
One grows numb
When cheated by a person
Once worth believing the most
Faith is lost
Trust dies a sudden death
Love turns into fear
A truth one can never accept
They say don't keep it within
Lash it out so it may heal
But how does one react
When one can't even feel?
