Invisible Fences

With so many lines and rules

 Superstitions and fears

These people like fools

Spend their little years

They pour milk and butter

For a god inside the stone

But leave the poor to suffer

In huger all alone

When every man should die

And fall to this ground below

Why some are deemed as high

And some are deemed as low

They have failed to see

A poor man’s needs and cries

But, pray and wish to be

With god in paradise

When its the same skin and pain

 the same nose and ears

When its the same heart and vein

Eyebrows, eyes and tears

Is it not something absurd?

Is it not a foolish deed?

To lay fences among men

In the name of caste and creed
