THE WORLD TODAY

 

Somtimes when I see the world infront of me
I wonder what a world we have built for our children
to see
Skies full of dust created by fumes of fire
People dying in the streets of bloodshed and terror
Strikes and riots are all that is seen
Our world today is no less than a nightmare to lead
At times Mother nature show the harshest of its perils
Killing thousands and thousands in earthquakes of
terror
Homes are lost , many worlds are shattered
Nothing is left except rubble and ashes
Many towns are lost, so are the cities
Floods and droughts all add up to the misery
Innocents are killed in tragedies created by Man
Like the September 11th, the most gruesome attack
Nations are destroyed ,lives are lost in the name of
war
Children lose their childhood in work and labour
Innocently sacrifice their lives for the Jehadi
traitors
They lose their lives in wars and weaponary
They learn to kill people and destroy their own
country
A world that was meant to be happy and free
It has now become a stage for violence and misery
Our children of tommorow have so much to suffer
Violence ,misery ,bloodshed are the gifts our world
now offers
Our world is a place where terror prevails
No place for peace but only violence and bloodshed
Man kills Man for his own selfish needs
No one has the time to think about humanity and peace
Life has become fastpaced with gadgets of technology
Some created for comfort ,some created to destroy Man
A world like ours has become an example indeed
To kill one and another in the name of Allah and Jesus
Our world is not the beginning of life ,but the
gateway of death
Our world today is now a place where the killing never
seems to end.....
