ANSWER
I seeked the answer for a transition,
Seeking for a drift from the ordinary,
I hoped for a metamorphosis
In turning the beads of the rosary,
Living under the illusion
Was a thought to a plenty,
When eyes opened to the empty,
Where was the change
I searched for ?
For the road still had the bend
In favour of God I seeked without grace,
Something for nothing was my quest,
No wonder I faltered at the bend,
Seeking for transcendence
I did with clipped wings of no effort,
How could then be the deliverance,
When prayers were for moments
In the emptiness of aimless pursuit,
I lived in hasty dreams
To quell empty urgings,
How would my prayers be divinely interpreted ?
For my seeking was in greed
And prayers were selfish,
In the blindfold of an open eye,
Now as the clouds of
Useless yearnings pass away,
I am rewarded of the blue sky in worship,
As my hand fold in prayers,
For my health to sustain,
So that I would help my followers,
Lo and behold,
I feel fresh and health in mind and body,
Answer came in the instant
For wisdom was unveiled
And love fulfilled,
For selfishness lay in a vain wish,
While answers are imminently compassionate.
