A forest trail traversed in June
A backyard swing beneath the moon
A rock song sung well out of tune
A lakeside where is heard a loon

The movie house that didn't last
The snows that melted much too fast
The play that ended for the cast
The other places that are passed

Become after images of the mind
Seldom sealed and always signed
Delivered later for to find
What to loose and what to bind.
