It’s really easy to erase a memory
Think of it as if it was never there
Think of it as if it really doesn’t bother you
Act like you just don’t care.
Count all your digits
Look up at the stars
Start adding up numbers, of all passing cars.
Say your prayers
Say some for people around you too
Deny the memory, till in your face, you are so
very blue.
Then when it keep popping up
And refuses to sit still
Go to the medicine cabinet, and pop a pill.
It won’t go away forever
Till you erase it from your heart
You’ve been hurting for too long my dear friend
Forget all and make a new start.
