I wish to write a verse for you
but why're the words so hard to find.
It doesn't mean that I don't care,
but you're always on my mind.

I want it to be special,
and meaningful, and new.
I'd like to find a way,
to tell you that I love you.

I want you to know that your love is priceless
and my greatest pleasure.
You light up my life,
and you're my greatest treasure.

I sometime feel happy,
and sometimes feel blue.
But I'm contented and happy,
just confined to loving you.

Alas! If I could just find those words
that seem so distant, elusive and afar.
Then I could just tell you that I love you,
and how wonderful you are.
