Forever be kind with the words that we use

As families should never be abused

May families unite caringly and lovingly

I should be second when one cares dearly

Love is essential as well as respect

You and I must care and not pretend to act

Most of the time, we focus much on work

At times taking away our own time and driving us berserk

We do not release the steam to co-workers in the company

In order to maintain our reputation, we speak politely

Yet sometimes we bring back those frustrations

Back to our homes while feeling all sorts of confusion

In the end, the people whom we care for are the ones we attack

Releasing anger we bottled up from work without any respect

Who do we hurt most at the end of a working day?

Who are the ones who still stand by our side during our dismay?

It’s our loves ones, especially our dearest family at home

Although they remain silent and no tears are shown

Their hearts most probably have been torn and broken

With those brutally-harsh words spoken

When we leave a company today or tomorrow

They are not the ones who are going to be in sorrow

For workers come and go and are replaced

These are the rules of working world we face

Instead if we leave home or get hurt in some way

It is our family who will feel for our pain and dismay

Sometimes we over pour our heart and soul into working

When we should also remember our family members who are waiting

Waiting for us to return home to be hugged and loved

Praying for our safety and peace to the Great One Above
