Remembrance of you
Entwines my heart
As Arabic script
Entwines the platters
You gave me.

Images of you
Occupy my thoughts
As you yourself
Come to occupy my life,
InshaAllah.

My thoughts of you,
Now memories and hopes,
May soon become
The real and now.
