PARCHED CHARM

The breeze has seen much many where
Has been to pastures green and fair
Has somehow taken a great fancy
For parched leaves, that some claim to be.

For those in green remain stemmed
Do not un-come to dance nor lend
Themselves to come and travel along
For breeze is soft and not strong.

What wonders does almighty do
That leaves exhausted soft breeze too
And both halt when leaves fall to rest
As if dry leaves too want to test
Can they hold breeze past a waveform jive
The one that they think to be so alive.

For they know not, none will notice
The breeze in this state of bliss
If they being light and worthy of flight
Don’t hold each other just nice and tight.
