Go Forth...

Go forth into the night
Be cautious so you might
Learn from those who fled their ground
When faced with adversity and trouble bound
For they looked but could not see
What life was like beyond destiny
And of such souls are tales spun
Long forgotten before they're begun.

Go forth into the day
Be bold and seek your way
Among those who will stand their ground
When faced with hardship and trouble bound
They care not, for what they see
Such, create their own destiny
And of such souls are legends made
That live long after memories fade.

Go forth through your life
Know your path before the strife
For living is such a precarious feat
With success on one end, the other defeat
And so loose a battle to win the war
Is what life is truly worth living for.
So choose, then, how your life will unfold
A legend remembered or a tale untold.
