Reminiscence

Your laughter so divine,

temple bells ringing afar

Your gait so gracious,

peacocks are on the roll

Your smile so captivating,

cherry blossoms exfoliating?

Your presence so refreshing

as the sunrays on the snow

Your attention so exclusive,

satiety in my mind and soul

Your appreciation so unfeigned,

makes me see all my flaws

Your company so bewitching,

clock, please cease to exist

Your sharing so fulfilling,

life is a perpetual feast.

But, suddenly we're at crossway,

and it is time for us to part.

Much against our wills,

we have to take divergent paths.

Brief though, concise it was,

the jaunt together was so complete.

Instilling hope that we'll be soon together,

through pleasant and the cloudy weather.
