If I switch off the light

I feel so lonely
Without you
I would’nt like you
To see me embrace
The dark night….

Tell her
What it means
To be away from you
My silent whispers resounding
through the quiet
Of the dark night  ………..

If I switch off the light……….

My moist eyes
Slip through the shiny curves
Of the dark night
Before dropping down on her lips
As dewdrops do
On tulips and jasmines
Through the night ………….

Would you mind
And I am sure you would
If my sighs
Caress another dark night
Before my loneliness forces me
To embrace one more dark night………….

Would you mind
Coming back soon ..
So that
I may not have to
Switch off the light……………….
