YOUR WORLD, MY WORLD It was never my world And a world away it be, Yet on hearing it mentioned Albeit casually, my heart squeezes
Wondered why freely My tears did today flow, When all was gay and bright What was it that numbs me so
Then realized I all of sudden That as I heard its name said, A feeling of being away from home Swamped me deep instead
But how could it be home I reasoned long and strong, For never had I seen it before And may never again this life long
Then dawned it so sure and plain That coz you reside in that domain, Whenever its reference I hear It is like hearing your name in refrain
So although home this is mine And that will be yours forever, But whenever I shall hear it spoken Your Land will become mine forever
