I salute you - harbinger of joy
Without whom
No man is complete

I salute you - a martyr to humanity
Without whom
There would be no mankind

I salute you - the pinnacle of tolerance
Without whom
There would be no cure

I salute you - the  fountain of love
Without whom
Hate would rule the  roost

I salute you - the  volcano
Waiting to erupt
When the timing is right

I salute you - for being you
Without whom
All  poets would wither and die.
